1. Services Provided Hispanic Reach Studio provides video production, English-to-Spanish adaptation, editing, voiceovers, and subtitling services for marketing purposes. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Clients retain all ownership rights to their original English content. By submitting content for sample demos or production, you grant Hispanic Reach Studio permission to adapt and process the material for your project.
3. Portfolio Use Unless restricted by a written agreement or non-disclosure agreement (NDA), sample demonstration videos created from publicly available content may be displayed in our portfolio for illustrative purposes only.
4. Limitation of Liability Hispanic Reach Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or distribution of edited video content.
